Brown butter or Beurre Noisette
Brown butters are very simple; they are literally butter that is cooked until it turns a golden brown giving it a nutty flavor that is delicious. Serve it on vegetables or fish.
Beurre Noisette / Brown butter
Prep time 1 minute
Total time 5 minutes
Ingredients8 tbs butter cut into pieces
DirectionsHeat your pan and add the butter one piece at a time blending as it melts
Let the butter brown until it is golden brown but not black. It gets a nutty flavor (noisette) that is unique and delicious.
Sometimes it is the simple things that are the best.
