Cooking class—what’s for dinner?

The process of designing a cooking class has had me thinking. What is your biggest cooking dilemma? What problem can I help solve?

One of the issues I hear most, and one I had myself, is the question WHAT’S FOR DINNER? Every day you have to think of something good, something different, something everyone in your family will like as well as something that is easy to make and affordable.

That’s why so many of us find cooking frustrating, even difficult, and instead choose to go out to eat, order takeout, or eat fast foods—not inexpensive choices.

The good news is that there is a solution, one that can actually transform cooking from being a chore into something that’s fun and delicious. The solution is to change the flavor of food by using sauces.

I’m going to create a class to show you precisely how to use sauces to change the taste of your food. Don’t let the thought of sauces intimidate you; they really aren’t hard.

You will learn what every chef knows: how to transform, for example, a piece of chicken simply by using different sauces.

That is the secret that makes cooking faster, easier, and really good.

What about you?

What is your biggest issue when it comes to that question: What’s for Dinner?

What would make cooking easier, more fun, and taste great?

Let me know what you’d like to learn?

Did you hear about my OUTRAGEOUS goal?!

Ending one year and starting a new one is an opportunity to think BIG!!!

Here Is What's Happening

  1. Family is visiting. After more than 2 years my sister is visiting, that means that on Sunday we'll have a long overdue family dinner. Not sure what's for dinner yet. . .

  2. I'm still waiting for Amazon to add pages to the 'Look Inside' button on my book Le Kitchen Cookbook.
