Asparagus Soup RECORDING

The classic French spring dinner starts with Asparagus soup to celebrate the start of the growing season. 
This is a light soup that is full of fresh spring flavor. Make it while asparagus are at their peak. Freeze the soup in serving sizes and enjoy the soup when you are in the mood.
 
All three of these dishes can be made ahead of time and frozen until you're ready to serve them.
